The Alameda County Safe Routes to Schools (SR2S) Program organizes and supports fun, educational activities that encourage families to walk, bike, carpool, and take transit to school.
This website is intended to serve as a resource center where parents, teachers, school administrators, program champions, and other interested parties can learn about the SR2S Program and find information and materials they need to build and sustain the SR2S effort in their schools and communities.
